During his time, he steered the expansion of the factory by increasing its automation and production capacity. He also continued to engage with different Media houses to bring forth the decades long work of his family to the limelight. In the early 2000s he looked after Phillips Sound and vision products and also sold computer monitors through the trading vertical of the business and briefly looked after the Himal Ceramics Production tile factory in Panchkhal. He started looking after Honda motorcycles, automobiles and parts in 2003, and there has been no looking back since.
From his generation, Mr. Saurabh Jyoti had the opportunity to spend the most time with his grandfather, Mr. Maniharsha Jyoti. As such, he imbibes many of the same values as his grandfather, a man who was a progressive visionary in his way of thinking. These values included giving respect to earn respect, regardless of whether interacting with a head of state or factory worker. Inspired by his grandfather, he too believes that long term and sustained growth can only be achieved through maintaining ethical practices. He seeks to invest in new age businesses, expand the FMCG vertical and the real estate vertical and focus more on the service and micro manufacturing sector in the near future. He is keen to support the next generation in bringing their ideas to life, over the course of the next few decades.
